BRITTANIE BAGBY BAKER

Brittanie Bagby Baker, Executive Vice President, and COO for B&B Theatres. Brittanie being 4th generation in B&B, grew up in the movie business. She started as a concession employee at 16 and worked her way throughout the organization learning the ins and outs of the company while completing her Bachelors and Masters degrees. In 2019, Baker assumed the role of COO and Executive Vice President where she currently oversees the day to day operations of the company. Baker is passionate about movies and the incredible people that work within this industry. Her focus lies in creating magical experiences for guests and employees by leaning on the company’s core values of family, fun, joy, integrity, and innovation.

Baker is proud to be a NATO advisory member as well as a member of WIE (Women in Exhibition). She enjoyed supporting the industry through her 2022 panel contribution at CinemaCon. Along with her siblings, Brittanie was recognized in Box Office Magazine as one of the Top 40 under 40 Young Guns in our industry and CJ Top 50 Women In Global Cinema- 2023. Baker is a proud mom of two kids and a wife to her amazing husband and best friend, Jesse.

BROCK BAGBY

Brock Bagby is the Executive Vice President and Chief Content, Programming & Development Officer for B&B Theatres. Brock oversees the entire programming team and respective duties, including term negotiation, studio relations, placements, bookings, buying, film payments, alternative content, scheduling, showtimes, and more.

On the development side, Brock oversees all theatre and Luxury Entertainment Center planning and construction. From the very first call from a developer to the opening day, Brock oversees all aspects of all acquisitions, new builds, and site selection. He has been and remains instrumental in the design and development of signature brands such as the B&B Grand Screen, Marquee Suites, screenPLAY!, Lyric, Max Relax, B-Roll Bowling, and Outtakes Arcade, as well as the implantation of third-party brands such as ScreenX and MX4D.

Brock also oversees facilities maintenance, site, and sound, working with a select team to ensure operational efficiency, addressing downed screens, and coordinating with vendors. He also oversees emerging technologies and negotiations for new brands, concepts, and innovations.  Brock helps project revenue for each quarter, long term growth, and planning strategies as well as financial review of the company. Brock serves as Chairman of Young NATO and as members of both The Steering Committee for the NATO Technology Committee and the Advisory Board for NATO and in the past has served on the government relations committee and the Vision Mission Task Force.  Brock has been quoted in the New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Wall Street Journal, Chicago Tribune, Variety, Boxoffice Magazine, Hollywood Reporter, and many other national publications.

Brock has an amazingly supportive wife (Jennifer) and two beautiful children Everett 5, and Evelyn 2.

BOBBIE BAGBY FORD

Bobbie Bagby Ford is Chief Creative Officer and Executive Vice President, currently serving at B&B Theatres, the fifth-largest theatre chain in the U.S. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing the creative team, including the loyalty program, special events, social media, and internal communication. Her leadership and expertise have contributed to the successful expansion of the company's brand across the country.

Bagby Ford played a pivotal role in advocating for the SVOG grant and other state bills during the COVID recovery, demonstrating her dedication to the company's success and her commitment to supporting the industry as a whole. Her efforts have been instrumental in helping B&B Theatres navigate through the pandemic and emerge stronger than ever.

In addition to her professional achievements, Bagby Ford is a proud mom of three movie-loving kiddos and dedicated wife to her husband Zach. Her dedication to her family and the industry is evident in her work, and her contributions have positioned her as an influencer when it comes to using emerging trends or the latest technology to help grow the revenue of B&B Theatres.
